Aaron came through with flying colors on both arranged travel, and emergency changes. This was the first time I'd dealt with him, and with electronic tickets, and I was astonished at the ease with which things were done. When I was left with an emergency change in plans halfway through the trip, Aaron not only handled the changes promptly, but was able to anticipate needs I had not considered.

My only detraction in the trip came in the form of a delayed flight on WestJet due to their having service problems, and getting the flu in Calgary!

There is no question that I will use VIP for both corporate and personal bookings from now on. Five stars to this company!

Just a note of thanks for the incredible job you did putting together the first visit to Victoria, surely a place out of time. Lovely city and so PEACEFUL. No wonder it's Canada's Florida. Loved the heliocopter/seaplane transportation and wonderful room at the Laurel Point Inn. How do yo have so many rabbits and so many hats?

Does it sound like I'm happy with Aaron as my consultant? Absolutely! In the last two weeks, I've had to leave for Winnipeg and NY as quickly as possible. Not only was Aaron incredibly accomodating in recognizing the urgency of the need to leave RIGHT AWAY!, he was also a soothing and efficient partner in the mad rush.

Aaron understood immediately what needed to be done in order to get me on a plane with less than two hours notice and left me frazzled about everything else, except my travel arrangements. I also greatly appreciate how quickly he was able to find me a flight back home, recognizing that in such a stressful 24 hours, how nice it would've been to sleep in my own bed. Thank you very much for Aaron and assigning him to the Sun's corporate account! I honestly cannot imagine how much more difficult those last-minute trips would have been without his help.
